New for the fall 2017 Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League is the new Discretionary Reschedule policy. This policy allows every team in the league’s current season to reschedule a game for any reason outside of the allowable reasons listed above for a $50 fee. A few criteria must be met:

1. Due to the $50 fee being withdrawn from a clubs performance bond, the reschedule request MUST be submitted by a club officer with all the appropriate parties copied on the e-mail per the regular reschedule policy. This will guarantee that the clubs knows about the money being deducted from the bond.
2. The Discretionary Reschedule must be submitted, in full, no later than 14 days prior to the original date of the game being rescheduled.
3. Discretionary Reschedules must be moved to a date/time LATER in the season. Moving a game to an earlier date/time is NOT allowed.
4. Teams will be allowed just one Discretionary Reschedule per season.
