The Score Reporting Instructions are a step-by-step instructional document that coaches and team managers can use to enter game scores and perform other administrative functions.

Club personnel entering teams into the Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League season should download the Season Entrance Worksheet and submit payment for them. Every team entered into the season should have its application confirmation number listed in the appropriate age group/gender line making it easy to tally how much is owed to the league in entrance fees and security bond.

The Divisional Placement Information Form is used for teams that are requesting to play up into a different Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League age group than the one they are currently in. Any request to do so MUST include this form, filled out in its entirety. Requests to play up are subject to league review and may be denied.
